By registering for any course or consultancy service offered by 1st60DAYS ("the Company"), you ("the Participant") agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and 1st60DAYS.
1st60DAYS provides parenting education courses, sleep coaching consultations, and related resources. Our services include the 1st60DAYS course (ages 0–3 months), the 1stYEAR course (ages 3–18 months), the ToddlerYEARS course (ages 18 months–4 years), and personalised Sleep Consultancy sessions.
Our courses are open to expectant parents, parents, and primary caregivers of children within the relevant age range. Each registration admits one couple (two adults). Additional attendees must be approved in advance.
All course materials, including but not limited to slides, worksheets, handouts, recordings, and the exclusive Baby Journal, are the intellectual property of 1st60DAYS. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without prior written consent.
Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your place. All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of course materials and refreshments unless otherwise stated.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, please contact us at contact@1st60days.com at least 14 days before the course start date. Refunds requested within 14 days of the course may be subject to an administrative fee of up to 30% of the course price.
No refunds will be issued after the first session has been attended. In exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), we will do our best to accommodate your situation, which may include transferring your registration to a future intake.
You may transfer your registration to a future intake free of charge, provided you notify us at least 7 days before the scheduled course date. Transfers are subject to availability and may only be made once per registration.
If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us in writing at contact@1st60days.com. The following schedule applies:
1st60DAYS reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to insufficient enrolment, trainer unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., public health directives). In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or a transfer to the next available intake at no additional cost.
If you miss a session within a multi-session course, we will endeavour to provide recordings or makeup arrangements where possible. However, this is offered on a best-effort basis and is not guaranteed.
Important: 1st60DAYS provides parenting education and sleep coaching services. We are not a medical provider. Our courses and consultations do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Our trainers and sleep consultants are certified parenting educators — not doctors, paediatricians, or licensed healthcare professionals. The information provided in our courses is for educational and informational purposes only.
If your child is experiencing health issues, developmental concerns, or any symptoms that worry you, please consult a qualified healthcare professional immediately. Our coaching is designed to complement — not replace — professional medical care.
1st60DAYS, its trainers, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any outcomes resulting from the application of techniques or advice shared during our courses or consultations. Parents and caregivers are ultimately responsible for the decisions they make regarding their child's care.
While our methods are evidence-based and have helped over 500 families, individual results may vary. Factors such as your child's temperament, health conditions, and home environment all play a role in outcomes. We provide frameworks and guidance — the application and results are unique to each family.
