Our Courses

Our courses are conducted with a mix of in-person and virtual sessions to facilitate learning (one advantage of our small class sizes!) and convenience. The actual venue of in-person sessions will be shared after registration.

After we have received your payment for the course, we would send you the course confirmation and payment receipt.

About 1 week before the commencement of the course, we would add you and your spouse into a WhatsApp chatgroup with your trainers and the other coursemates. Further instructions and information would be provided then.

We recommend attending with your spouse or co-parent to maximise parenting success! We are firm believers that parenting is a partnership between a husband and a wife, and children thrive better when both parents are aligned and united in their parenting journey. Exceptions only apply for single parents.
Please inform us as soon as possible if you are aware that you are unable to attend any of the sessions. For physical sessions, we may have to further discuss how to help you (e.g. arrange for a makeup session). For virtual sessions, we may send you the video link to watch the recording. Kindly note that this situation is subject to our Missed Sessions policy in our Terms & Conditions.
Please let us know if your parents or helper would like to learn together with you. We will assess every request on a case-by-case, subject to availability and capacity of the venue space. Additional charges may apply for your parents and/or helper. Please note that the teaching medium is in English and a reasonable command of the language is required.

That would be the sweetest thing you can do for a family or friend!

You may inform us via the message feature at contact.html. Please choose "Gift a course to family or friend" in your enquiry selection, and provide us the course you would like to sponsor, the recipient's name, contact number and email address, and your relationship with the recipient. We will follow up with you on the payment instructions and inform the recipient about the gift once payment has been made. Kindly note that the gift will need to be utilised within 6 months of payment, thereafter which no refund would be offered.

1st60DAYS: We encourage parents to attend during the second trimester — generally the least tiring period for the pregnant mother — to avoid missing any session due to an early delivery. If that does happen, your trainers will still be committed to seeing you and your baby through the first 60 days!

1stYEAR: Ideally when your baby is 4–9 months old. That said, there is no strict limit if you are keen to learn even if your baby is older.

ToddlerYEARS: We encourage parents to stay ahead of their child's development by attending when their little one is around 12–18 months old. The principles taught are useful building blocks even as your child grows older.

Yes! The 1stYEAR Parenting Course builds on the foundation established in 1st60DAYS, and ToddlerYEARS similarly builds on 1stYEAR. If you did not attend the preceding course(s), our trainers will seek to understand your current situation, walk you through some key principles, and provide advice you can implement immediately to get you aligned with the Feeding Philosophy before the course begins.
Yes, you can — as long as you are open to learn!
We generally discourage bringing babies to sessions due to space constraints, possible disruption to the class, and likely distraction from learning. Trainers will make exceptions for extenuating circumstances.

Sleep Consultancy

It begins with an in-depth evaluation of your child's sleep patterns, temperament, and environment. We then provide a customised plan and offer ongoing, daily support from our certified coaches to guide you through implementation.
