1. Service Agreement

By registering for any course or consultancy service offered by Life Parenting Pte. Ltd. ("the Company" or "us", "we"), you ("the Participant") agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and the Company.

1.1 Scope of Services

The Company provides parenting education courses, sleep coaching consultations, and related resources. Our services include the 1st60DAYS course (ages 0–3 months), the 1stYEAR course (ages 3–18 months), the ToddlerYEARS course (ages 18 months to 4 years), and personalised Sleep Consultancy sessions.

1.2 Eligibility

Our courses are open to expectant parents, parents, and primary caregivers of children within the relevant age range. Each registration admits one couple (two adults). Additional attendees must be approved in advance and additional charges may apply.

1.3 Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to slides, worksheets, handouts, recordings, and the exclusive Baby Journal, are the intellectual property of the Company. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without prior written consent.

2. Payment & Refund Policy

2.1 Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your place. All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of course materials and refreshments unless otherwise stated.

Pricing for our parenting courses (1st60DAYS, 1stYEAR, and ToddlerYEARS) and sleep consultancy sessions can be found on the respective course and services pages, or by contacting our representatives.

All course and service fees may be subject to changes without prior notice. Please check our website or get in touch with our representatives for the latest pricing and eligible alumni discounts.

2.2 Withdrawal and Refund Policy

2.2.1 For Parenting Courses

If you wish to withdraw from the course, you must inform us via email at contact@1st60days.com.

Refund of paid fees are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and subject to the notice period served to us:

• At least 30 days before course: Full refund less $50 administrative fees for each course
• 14 to 29 days before course: Full refund less $100 administrative fees for each course
• Less than 14 days before course or no-show: No refund

Any request to withdraw will be acknowledged within 7 days and any refund approved by us will be made within 14 days.

2.2.2 For Sleep Consultancy Services

No refund will be given for cancellation or withdrawal for our Sleep Consultancy services once payment has been made.

2.3 Course Transfers

You may transfer your registration to a future intake free of charge, provided you notify us at least 14 days before the scheduled course date. Transfers are subject to availability and may only be made once per registration. However, if we are unable to accommodate your transfer request, it will be treated as a withdrawal request and subject to the refund policy above.

2.4 Missed Sessions

In exceptional circumstances (e.g. medical emergencies, early delivery) where you miss one or more sessions within a multi-session course, we may arrange for a makeup session or sessions, but at the sole discretion of the Company and subject to the availability of our trainers and capacity at the training venue.

No refund will be made if we are unable to schedule any make-up session or slot you into another session in another course.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Company Cancellation

The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course or service due to insufficient enrolment, trainer unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g. public health directives). In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or a transfer to the next available intake at no additional cost.

4. Medical Disclaimer

4.1 When to Seek Medical Advice

If your child is experiencing health issues, developmental concerns, or any symptoms that worry you, please consult a qualified healthcare professional immediately. Our coaching is designed to complement — not replace — professional medical care.

4.2 Limitation of Liability

The Company, its trainers, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any outcomes resulting from the application of techniques or advice shared during our courses or consultations. Parents and caregivers are ultimately responsible for the decisions they make regarding their child's care.

4.3 Individual Results

While our methods are evidence-based and have helped over 700 families, individual results may vary. Factors such as your child's temperament, health conditions, and home environment all play a role in outcomes. We provide frameworks and guidance — the application and results are unique to each family.

5. Privacy Policy

The Company is committed to safeguarding the privacy of all our customers and business contacts.

By registering to our courses or services, you acknowledge and agree that the Company may collect, use and disclose to any third party any and all particulars relating to your personal information for the purposes of (i) providing early childhood & care related training and associated services, (ii) billing and account management (including debt collection or recovery); (iii) conducting surveys or obtaining feedback; (iv) informing you of services and offers by the Company, its related entities and business affiliates (unless you have explicitly informed us otherwise); and (v) complying with all applicable laws and regulations, and business requirements. You also consent to override your registration with the Singapore Do-Not-Call (DNC) registry regardless of order of registration.

We are committed to protect your personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
